Michael J. Maloney is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of New York who specializes in the management and sale of bank owned properties. Our firm is a member of the Long Island Multiple Listing Service, which covers Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties. We physically inspect distressed properties, conduct BPOÕs (broker price opinions), as well as full-blown appraisals when required and we assist the bank in their eviction process or moving the tenants out.
 Once the house becomes vacant, we will make sure that it is secured with new locks, boarded-up and winterized when necessary and we handle any negotiations with the necessary vendors to help maintain the integrity and condition of the bank owned property. Once priced, we will aggressively market and sell these properties for the lenders. We have a full team of plumbers, electricians, contractors, carting, clean-up & board-up companies to assist in making the recuperation in the lenders in equity a fast and smooth process.
